How do I book an appointment?+
We work by appointment: you can book by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling 055 000 0000. We'll reply and find the most convenient time together.
What are your opening hours?+
We're open Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:30am to 7:30pm. We're closed on Sunday and Monday.
Do you only work by appointment?+
Yes. To give every client the time they deserve, we work by appointment. Message us and we'll set a time right away.
Can I cancel or move an appointment?+
Of course, just let us know a little in advance by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling. That way we can rearrange the diary.

We're at Via dei Serragli 40, in Florence, in the Oltrarno area. A local beauty salon, easy to reach.

We do nails, brows and lashes, facials, massages and body treatments, and hair removal. You'll find all the details on the treatment pages.
I don't know which treatment to choose, can you advise me?+
Gladly. Tell us what you're after and we'll find the right treatment for you together. It's the part we love most.
Are the treatments suitable for sensitive skin and hands?+
Yes, we always read the skin and choose gentle products and techniques. Caring for the person comes first.
Can I book more than one treatment in the same appointment?+
Of course, when the diary allows. Tell us what you'd like to do and we'll arrange it all in a single visit.
