Data we process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Data you give us: name, phone and — if you write it — the treatment or message, when you contact us via WhatsApp or by phone to book.
• Navigation data: IP address and identifiers collected by cookies and measurement tools, processed only if you give consent.

Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to your requests and arranging the appointment — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to you (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
• Navigation statistics via Google Analytics — legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Google Analytics 4

To understand how many people visit the site and how they use it, we rely on Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC. It collects the IP address and navigation identifiers and sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies. It is activated only after your consent (Google Consent Mode v2): until you accept, it writes no analytics cookie. We do not carry out advertising profiling. Data may be transferred to the United States (Google LLC) with adequate safeguards: the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Google privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can disable Google Analytics at any time with the browser opt-out add-on or by withdrawing consent (see “Managing consent”).

Retention

The data you send us to book is kept only for as long as strictly necessary to handle your request and for any legal obligations. Google Analytics statistical data is kept for up to 14 months.

Recipients and processors

Data is processed by the salon's staff and by suppliers acting as data processors: Railway (site hosting) and Google (statistics and map). We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

Cookies are small files saved on your device. This site uses as few as possible and groups them into two categories:

Technical / necessary cookies — they are needed for the site to work and to remember your preferences (for example your cookie choice, saved in the browser's localStorage). They require no consent (art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).

Analytics / third-party cookies — they are set only after your consent. They concern Google Analytics and, if you choose to load the map, Google Maps.

The site's fonts are optimised and served from our own domain (next/font): they make no request to Google and set no cookie while you browse.

On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, which reopens the banner; or by clearing the site's cookies and data (or the localStorage) from your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to port it, and to withdraw consent already given — by writing to or calling the Controller at the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
